Drink 8 cups water -2 points

Exercise 30 minutes - 2 points

Eat 3 servings of vegetables - 2 points

Only veggies and fruits after Dinner - 2 points

Read 20 minutes scriptures/Ensign/Church Talks - 2 points

Write in Journal - 2 points

12 Points total available every day EXCEPT for Sunday which there will only be 10 points available on Sunday so that we can keep the Sabbath Holy and not exercise on Sunday.
